Control Panel note: | After quite a long search i've decided to try out their LinStart-1 reseller package.
Reasons where - Fast access, Good Uptime, Features & Pricing (Montly payment and a good upgrade options). Also, Sales where very responsive.
1st expirance, moving my buissness ext., was quite good and altough their tech. support has very bad English - They r very responsive (Email, Chat, Ticketing) and really try hard.
After about a month of me getting really good about them ... Server Crashed for a whole day! Had quite a time getting them to explain and another 72hrs, before it all was stable again ... Need to mention that during that time, they did try and help as much as possible but to little effect.
Since then, had a few major issues, not resolved, and got quite upset with them. That made me put a hold on my initial intenet to upgrade to their more professional packages and trail run them a bit more.
All-in-all, quite a good provider, but lacks in Reliability and consitancy - Quite a major fallback.
